Goals Tab

 In this tab you can set goals for developing the relationship you have or would like to have with the contact. Click on the “Add Goal” icon to create one. For each goal you create, you can right click the goal and create milestones - steps necessary to achieve the goal. So for example if you created a goal to get a contact to Tweet about your site, you might create milestones to email the Contact as various intervals with information of interest, comment on their blog or re-tweet their tweets.

To update the status and due dates of your milestones right click on the line of the milestone. The goal will display a "percent complete" indicator based on how many milestones you have logged as complete.
