Details Tab
The Details tab allows you to maintain the Contact's details. This article covers some of the non obvious (e.g. name) fields on the form -
- Health
Allows you to record what state you believe the relationship is in. You have three options of None, Acquainted or Excellent. By default, new contacts have a Health state of None
- Picture
Click or Right Click the picture to upload a photo for the Contact. The image will automatically be resized. Right Click the picture to clear the photo
- Contact Form
If you have imported your contact from Relationship Miner, this will show the web address for any contact form found on the website
- Email
The contact's primary email address. This will be used in any Email Campaigns you run
- Birthday
If you can find it, use this to set the Contact's birthday (you could also use this to record the launch date of their website). This is a great excuse to contact someone and send them some kind of gift
- LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
Use these fields to store the links (or account names) of the Contact's social media accounts. Clicking on the icons next to each field will launch the contact's profile page on each of these sites.
- Twitter Statistics
Use the refresh icon under the Twitter account field to update the Contact's Twitter statistics
- Tags
Type tags (comma delimited) to classify the contact - you can use these to filter contacts in the main Contact Management view of your Contact Database.
- Notes
Use this field to record any specific notes about the contact that may help you when dealing with them
- Other emails
Use this field to store any other email addresses for the Contact
- Phone Numbers
Use this field to store phone numbers for the Contact
- Address
Use this field to store the Contact's mail address
