General TabThe General Tab shows a summary of a Contact's key details, and activity options available for the Contact. Activity FeedOn the right, the Activity Feed shows a log of all activity you have logged against the contact, including any emails you have sent to the Contact. The activity feed is extremely useful for seeing what the Contact has been doing, and what progress you have made with them. Information in the FeedIf the Contact has a Twitter account set, you will see the Contact's latest tweets in the Activity Feed. Similarly, if there is a website for the contact with an RSS feed set, you will see the RSS feed's posts in the Activity feed. Note the activity feed will show the first RSS feed from the first website in under the "Website" tab. |
