Contact Database Editor
The Contact Database editor allows you to manage your Contacts, add new ones, review Goal progress and conduct activities such as Email Campaigns
Contacts List
Once you've opened a Contact Database, the editor will display all your contacts with various information. You can click on various columns to start certain actions (see below), or right click one or more selected Contacts to perform actions on more than one Contact at a time.
Columns
- Edit (Pencil icon)
Allows you to alter or add to an existing client file
- Hl (Health of Relationship)
This allows you to track the "Health" of the Relationship - "None" indicating you have no relationship at present "Acquainted" indicating you have had some form of interaction with the Contact, and "Excellent" indicating which relationships you have developed well. This allows you to see at a glance which relationships need work and which are going well.
- First & Last Name
Name of contact
- Primary Email
Main email address of your contact - this will be used in all Email functionality
- Outstanding
Displays the next Milestone due for completion relevant to each individual contact, if you have created any such tasks. This column will always display the task closest to its due date, including if any tasks have gone overdue.
- Twitter
Displays contact's Twitter account id
- Twit Fol
Displays how many people are following this Twitter account
- RSS
The Contact's RSS feed from their primary website.
- CF (Contact Form)
Opens a new window taking you straight through to the contact form found on the Contact's website without you having to look for it.
- Local Time
This column displays the local time where the Contact is based giving you an indication if it is normal business hours where they are if you wanted to call them.
- Tags
This column allows you to type in any group description you may want to allocate to a site. For example if you are trying to find sites to help you promote two different sites you may tag some sites as Promo 1 and others as Promo 2.
- Last Contact
Indicates when you last logged a contact for this site whether it be an email, a phone call or posting a blog comment.

Add Contact
Manually add new contacts to your list.
Email Campaign Wizard
Runs a bulk email campaign
Tag Contact
You can add tags to your contacts in order to use filter (below). This can help you to form logical groupings of your contacts. You need to have selected one or more contacts before using this.
Filter Text Box / Button
Filter your contacts by tag - type in the tag that you wish to see all contacts for.
Import Contacts
Import contacts into your Contact Database from either vCard, Outlook CSV or Google CSV format.
