Overview

Contact Management is where you'll maintain and develop all the Contacts you have found in Relationship Miner.

It's here where you'll decide what goals you want to achieve with each Contact, and track your progress against each one.

Maintaining Contact Details

You can keep each Contact's details up to date, review their website statistics and see what they've been publishing on their blog & Twitter.

By tracking your interactions with each Contact through this tool, you'll be able to see how frequently you've been in touch with each Contact at a glance, thus informing you of which relationships you may have neglected.

By creating Goals & Milestones for each Contact, The Contact Management screen will also show you the next milestone due for each Contact.
